June Redcliff Mycological Research Institute:
Launch event 24th April & by appointment The Redcliff Mycological Research Institute (RMRI) is a nine month long project by artist Dominic Thomas in collaboration with STATION, the artists' research and development unit based in the old fireboat station at Bristol docks. The RMRI laboratory is located 50 metres from STATION in the old donkey stable which is part of the Redcliff caves. Here Dominic will carry out experiments and research into the culture, cultiva tion and cooking of mushrooms and other fungi. |
